Mr. Varney’s Special Guest this week is Mark May, the ex-Manhattan-based head of the global payments group at HSBC Bank. In 2012, May was sentenced to 5 years in prison for participating in a fraud that robbed the U.S. Treasury of more than $1 billion. He’s since broken his silence to tell his side of the story.
